Loan Products

Portfolio ARM Loans
These loans are designed to give you the flexibility that you need to qualify for a home loan. The interest rate and the closing costs are generally lower for a home loan, and the interest rate can be fixed for up to five years. The Portfolio ARM products are a viable alternative to the traditional fixed-rate loans for borrowers who have limited cash for down payments, or for those who prefer a lower monthly payment.

Traditional Fixed-Rate Loans
These loans are available for people who desire the stability of a fixed-rate monthly payment for the entire term of their loan. Fixed-rate loans generally have a higher interest rate and a higher monthly payment than Portfolio ARM loans and are available for up to 30 years.

Champion Mortgage
The Champion Mortgage is a portfolio product that allows qualified borrowers to buy a home with no down payment and low closing costs. This loan program is designed for people with good credit and job stability, but who have limited cash for a down payment. With this loan program, you can buy a home with a monthly payment that, in most cases, is less than paying rent.

Construction/Perm Loan
The construction/perm loan is available for people who want to build a home rather than buy an existing home. This loan allows a person to pay interest-only on the loan during the construction phase, then converts to a permanent loan upon completion of the home. The interest rate remains the same throughout the entire loan, and closing costs are paid only once.

Portfolio Loan Loans
This loan program allows you to buy a building lot or unimproved acreage now, then refinance your construction later when you are ready to build.

Investment Property Loans
This program is designed to allow you to buy residential property for the purpose of rental income.

Mortgage Rehab Loan
This program is designed to allow you to buy a home or refinance your current one and make capital improvements at the same time, all in the same loan. You no longer have to get one loan to buy a home, and then another to upgrade it. Consolidate both into one Mortgage Rehab loan and have one low payment.

The Alternative Credit Option
This loan program is designed to enable City National Bank to extend loan approval to borrowers with a less-than-perfect credit history. We understand that bad things can happen to good people, causing an isolated, temporary lapse in the timely payment of debts. This program may allow you to obtain loan approval, even if you have been declined by another financial institution.
